For RN case manager Ms. Amy, participating in the 40-Over-40 photo session was a chance to do something special to give to her husband.

“It was a wonderful day and the pictures are fabulous,” the 47-year-old said. “My favorite part was the hair and makeup and the laughter with Rhonda. It was amazing.”

In addition to her husband, Ms. Amy’s family includes two sons, one daughter-in-law, a daughter and a granddaughter.

Ms. Amy, who has run a marathon in the past, has one thing she would like to change about herself.

“I would change my inconsistencies with healthy dieting and exercise,” she said.

Amy’s future goals are to get her doctorate of nursing practice degree and teach nursing at Texas A&M.
