Lee’s Photography – First Celebration Gala for 40 Over 40 Ladies at The Legacy an Event Center
What a night of celebration for the ladies who participated in the 40 Over 40 Portrait Experience from Lee’s Photography!
We spent the night celebrating these fabulous ladies and their stunning portraits along with their personal stories. Every one fascinating and so unique. We all enjoyed the evening by making new friends, eating great food, drinking some fine wine, having portraits made and dancing. There were many prizes won and just so much fun. Thank you all for coming and making it the best!
It was such a blessing meeting and photographing all of these amazing ladies I now call friends. They are all beautiful, courageous, strong, wise and so deserving. Some had recently gone through some major life changes; some good, some not unfortunately. I think it is safe to say that most of them have spent so much time and energy taking care of others, and fading into the background. We want to change that.
These ladies (and many who unfortunately could not attend) participated in a 40 Over 40 portrait experience and were all treated to a day of pampering with professional hair and makeup and a styled portrait session. We shot anything from business headshots to glamour portraits to share with family, to the more intimate boudoir portraits. They have assured me they will treasure their experience and stunning heirloom products from now on.
One of their many beautiful portraits was displayed in a gallery exhibit consisting of a stunning 16″ by 20″ metal portrait for all to admire. They also had an opportunity to purchase their fine art wall art from the exhibit with half of the proceeds going to charity.

Also a personal thanks to my two hair and makeup artists, Harley Collard for helping me set up and Casey Vandiver for spending hours helping me in whatever I needed.
