Over 40 & Fabulous Ms. Heather’s biggest reason for doing the 40-Over-40 portrait experience was to build her confidence.

“Yes, it was everything I could have asked for,” she said. “My favorite part was the comfort of working with Rhonda. Over 40 & Fabulous Ms. Heather felt the entire experience was fun, making her feel amazing and confident. Over 40 & Fabulous Ms. Heather believes that this portrait experience truly empowered her to embrace her beauty and strength.

Married and the mother of two stepchildren and two adult children, Heather, 47, considers her children to be her greatest accomplishments. In addition to her love of motherhood, the Gun Barrel City resident also loves to have a good time.

“A fun fact about me is that I love karaoke and dancing,” she said. She also enjoys her day-to-day work duties.

“My current job has been my most rewarding job,” she said. “I work in a school-based, occupational therapy program and I love working with kids.”

Her advice to her younger self is good advice for anyone. “Be more confident and selective with relationships,” she said.
